Greetings, Artists in training and Parents,
I have provided you with several rich fine- art resources and I hope not to overwhelm you with information. If you are wanting to read our Art textbook it's is online as Davis eBook. There you can read through the different grade level artbooks for art vocabulary, art lessons, art theory, art history, and textbook knowledge.
You can also access the Curriculum Builder page that has what you are used to seeing in our art studio for our art videos that we watch during art specials. I will be adding more context to each TAB as we go. Again, Davis Digital is art resource only, you don't have to submit anything here just read, get inspired and enjoy.
If you want access to our ebook, message me via Class Dojo and let me know the Grade and Homeroom teacher. Now we only have 30 student accounts that we are sharing per homeroom, in some cases two homerooms per student account. It will be very important to honor and respect each other by not changing usernames or password if that does happen we will have to get the publisher to involve and we might lose access to that account.
Class Dojo Online @ Home Art Studio and Online @ Home 5th Grade Art Studio are where the fun is at!! I will be posting assignments and you can submit either TEXT, VIDEO, PHOTOGRAPH OR DRAWING in response to the assignment.
The portfolio is your online collection of work. If you have been working on additional art projects and want to share them with me you can submit your photo to your portfolio here too.
Once you submit your work, I will get notified and I can approve it so that your family can see your work too.
There are many cool youtube videos on "how to draw" and even different art projects remember learning a skill or technique is important but also adding your own twist, creativity and originality is what we want. Each of you is an artist, you are creative, you are unique and you are very special. Let your art show your uniqueness.
