We are so excited to be included in the Class Dojo along with Boy's Town. We keep a safe and respectable learning environment with a Zero Tolerance for bullying. Our 4th & 5th graders participate in the mandatory Art Contest "Safe City" which deals with making a city, school and neighborhoods safe.
The Art Studio expectation are of high standard yet nurturing to keep and have been very effective since 2014 when I first started working at South Hills Elementary.
Class discipline has been through conscious disciplinary actions where students reflect and write about situations and we learn about why we did what we did and how we can make better decisions.
Please make sure you have signed into your student's homeroom teachers Class Dojo as that will be how I can let you know how your child is doing in art with positive reinforcement.
